Vacuum your bed, Ive heard it works, but never had the problem. Wash your sheets in hot water, and I would use bleach too if they're light colored. Lots of luck
Buy a new bed and get your floors shampooed, get rid of your sheets etc
They are not on your bed. They are in the walls and in dark crevices, they only come out when it's dark, get into your bed and bite you. It's a serious problem. Best tip - picked up from foreign travel is: get a bar of soap and wet it. Throw back your covers quickly and, when the little devils are highlighted against the sheet, quickly slap them with the soap, before they run for cover. They will stick to the soap. Crush them and flush them.
i would suggest getting a new matress,


or a new bed


if you wash your bedding thourouly once a week or 2 weeks it shall stay in good condition
vacuum, a lot. get a plastic cover like bed wetters get and spray the cover (inside) then place on bed. New sheets on a ridiculously high level like every day.
take a shower
ONE OF THE TV NETWORKS RAN A SPECIAL ON THIS ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO. IT WAS SCARY! IT WENT LIKE THIS. IF YOU GET THEM IN A BEDROOM, IT IS HELL TO GET RID OF THEM. THEY SAID THEY ONLY HAVE TO FEED ONCE A YEAR. THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO GET RID OF ALL THE THING AND PLACES WHERE THEY HIDE-PLACES WITH CREVICES, CLOTHING ECT. WERE THEY JUST SCAREMONGERING? I DON'T THINK SO. FIND SOME PLACE LIKE THE AUSTRALIAN? ....DC BOB SUGGESTED WITH GOOD INFORMATION FOR A REGIMEN TO FOLLOW.
