Anyone in zoology, entomology, or pest control can tell me what these very tiny white bugs are?

i spotted them on my clothes in the closet and i once saw one on my arm and felt it bit me. i dont think theyre dust mites because dust mites dont bite or bed bugs because bed bugs are brown
