Wash you bed spread in hot water. vacuum clean Ur room and mattress. leave your mattress in hot sun for few hours. do not use any pesticide. I would wash my sheets first and then vaccum like crazy. I would use any bug (not cheap) spray from the store. You might even wanna do a bug bomb and sleep in a clean bed at a hotel or something. Good luck!How to control bed bugs? What spry or pesticide to use?
Throw away your mattress pad . Vacuum your mattress and Box springs. Spray the mattress with Lysol spray.
Should be OK.
